At Mon Bazaar, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The return request must be submitted within 3 Days of receiving the product.

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging with all tags, labels, accessories, manuals, and promotional items included.

  • Proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or receipt) must be provided.

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

2. Return Timeframe

Customers must initiate a return request within 3 Days from the date of delivery.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is:

  • Damaged during shipping

  • Defective

  • Incorrect or different from what was ordered

Please notify us Within 24 Hours of delivery.

4. Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Refund processing may take 5–10 Business Days depending on your payment provider or bank.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be issued via:

  • Bank transfer

  • UPI

  • Other approved payment methods

Customers may be required to provide account details for processing.

5. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for eligible items under the following circumstances:

  • Defective products

  • Damaged products

  • Wrong item received

  • Size-related issues (if applicable)

Exchange requests must be submitted within 3 Days of delivery.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

If the requested replacement is unavailable, a refund may be issued instead.

6. Non-Returnable Items

7. Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs will be covered by Mon Bazaar.

  • Customers may receive a prepaid return label or reimbursement of approved shipping charges.

Customer Preference

(Change of mind, no longer needed, incorrect selection)

  • Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

  • Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.

8. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled before shipment.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process outlined in this policy.

9. Refund Exceptions

Refunds may be partially reduced or denied if:
